Survey partners
Our survey partners are CPX Research and PrimeSurvey (Prime Earn). When a survey wall loads, our server sends enabled partners the user identifier, IP address and browser information to match surveys. CPX may also receive publisher-supplied tracking references.
Survey answers are collected on partner survey pages. Those pages may use their own cookies or other technologies under their privacy policies. An Omer Insight cookie choice is not consent for a partner website. Where required, review and make a separate choice there. Browser cookie settings do not prevent server-to-server survey matching, transaction recording or security checks.
1. What we collect from publishers
Account data (name, company, email), payment details you provide for payouts, and logs of your use of the Portal and API.
2. What we collect from end users
When a user opens the surveywall we process the user id you supply, IP address, device and browser information, and the tasks they start and complete. Survey answers are collected by the survey provider, not by us.
3. Why
To attribute completions and pay publishers, to prevent fraud, to operate and secure the Service, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
4. Sharing
Our survey partners are CPX Research and PrimeSurvey (Prime Earn). When a survey wall loads, our server sends enabled partners the user identifier, IP address and browser information to match surveys. CPX may also receive publisher-supplied tracking references. We use Resend to send account and support emails. When configured, IP security checks send the IP address to IPQualityScore, Scamalytics or proxycheck.io. These server operations are distinct from optional browser tracking.
5. Retention
We retain account, transaction and security records for the periods needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations. Contact us to request deletion or information about retention; records subject to legal retention requirements may need to be kept.
