1. Who these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of the Omer Insight publisher platform, the surveywall, the statistics API and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself or the company you represent.
2. Your account
You must give accurate company and payment details and keep your login credentials, app secrets and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable traffic
You may only send real users who open the surveywall voluntarily. Incentivising users to give false answers, using bots, emulators, VPN farms, or showing the wall to users you know are ineligible is prohibited. We may withhold earnings generated by such traffic.
4. Earnings and reversals
You earn your revenue share of what the provider pays us for each valid completion. Providers may reverse a completion up to 60 days later if it is found to be invalid; the corresponding amount is deducted from your balance.
5. Payouts
We issue a Credit Note monthly for the previous month and pay balances above the minimum for your payout method within the stated NET term. You are responsible for any taxes due on your earnings.
6. Suspension and termination
Either party may end the relationship at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach section 3. Valid, non-reversed earnings accrued before termination remain payable.
7. Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the earnings paid to you in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
